Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to assist customers throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide information about loan products, coordinate documentation, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding loan applications and services.
• Assist customers with loan-related queries, documentation, and application status.
• Guide customers through the loan process and ensure accurate information is provided.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents and loan processing updates.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
