Accountant( Junior & Senior Position)

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities (Common for All Levels)GST, TDS & TCS compliance and filings
• GST reconciliations and reporting
• Bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
• Support in audits (statutory, tax, internal)
• Assist in financial documentation and reporting

📈 Role DifferentiationJunior Accountant (0–2 years experience):

• Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and reconciliations
• Support senior team members in GST/TDS/TCS filings
• Learn and contribute to audit preparation and compliance tasks

Senior Accountant (3+ years experience):

• Independently handle GST/TDS/TCS filings and reconciliations
• Lead audit processes including tax audits and statutory audits
• Supervise junior accountants and ensure accuracy in ledger/bank reconciliations
• Provide insights for process improvements and compliance management
• ✅ Desired Candidate ProfileStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, reconciliations, and audits
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team
