Job Description
To review work orders as per mentioned Terms & Conditions
Generate outward purchase order upon receipt of inward purchase orders
Maintain MIS for proper numbering and records of purchase order
Ensure all relevant documents - invoices, e-way bills, GRN, Purchase invoice
Follow up with customers for dispatch instructions
Ensure timely delivery of materials from vendor to customer as per purchase order terms & conditions
Record due dates for purchase order execution and maintain tracking sheets
