Dumbphones India is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, understanding customer requirements, recommending the right products, and converting leads into sales. You will be responsible for explaining product features, pricing, warranty, payment options, and shipping details while providing an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, basic computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in sales or customer support is mandatory. If you enjoy interacting with customers, achieving sales targets, and growing with a fast-growing technology brand, we'd love to hear from you.
