Full-stack Developer

The Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will be the core technical backbone of our company. You will own projects end to end — from receiving the design file to deploying the live product. You will work directly with the founder and designer. Your work will be seen by Indian and international clients from Day 1.

This is not a maintenance job. Every project is a new challenge. You must be someone who thrives under deadlines, takes ownership without being told twice, and uses AI tools as a superpower — not a crutch.

MINDSTOCS is a fast-growing AI-powered software company building premium websites, web applications, and SaaS products for clients across India, UAE, and USA. We work at a different speed than traditional agencies. Every project we take is delivered within 20 days. We use cutting-edge AI tools daily to build faster and smarter. We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, talented individuals who want to grow with a company that is going places.

You Must Know:

Frontend — Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Backend — Node.js with Express or Python with FastAPI

Database — PostgreSQL, SQL, Supabase

APIs — REST API design and third party integrations

Tools — Git, GitHub, Vercel, Railway

AI Tools — Cursor AI or GitHub Copilot used daily without exception

Good to Have — Three.js, React Three Fiber, GSAP, Spline for 3D websites

What You Will Do:

Build complete websites and web applications independently from design to deployment

Develop backend APIs and connect them to PostgreSQL or Supabase databases

Integrate third party services including WhatsApp API, payment gateways, and OpenAI API

Work on premium 3D animated websites using Three.js and GSAP

Complete every project within the 20 day deadline without compromise

Use Cursor AI daily to code faster while understanding every line generated

Catch and fix AI mistakes using your own technical knowledge

Coordinate with designer and take creative direction from founder on every project

What We Offer:

Salary ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 based on skill level demonstrated in interview

All AI tool subscriptions provided by company — Cursor AI Business, GitHub Copilot, v0.dev

Work on real international projects from Week 1

Salary review every 3 months based on performance — not on how long you have been here

Our Interview Process:

Step 1 — Apply with resume and one live project link or GitHub profile. No project link means no response.

Step 2 — Short 10 minute phone call to understand your background.

Step 3 — Come to office with laptop. Two tasks will be given.

Task One — We show you broken code. Find the mistake and fix it independently in 15 minutes. This tests real knowledge, not AI dependency.

Task Two — Build a small full stack feature using Cursor AI in 90 minutes. This tests speed, AI proficiency, and delivery quality.

We are not testing memory. We are testing how you think, how fast you work, and how well you use modern tools while understanding what the tools produce.
