Job SummaryThe Cardiac Diagnostic Technician is responsible for the installation, removal, operation, and maintenance of cardiac diagnostic devices at patient homes, clinics, and hospitals. The technician ensures high-quality patient care, accurate data collection, proper device handling, and timely coordination with the operations team.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation and removal of:

• Holter Monitors
• Extended Holter Devices
• Event Loop Recorders (ELR)
• Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitors (ABPM)

1. Explain test procedures and device usage to patients and caregivers.
2. Ensure proper skin preparation and electrode placement.
3. Verify signal quality before leaving the patient site.
4. Collect patient consent forms and required documentation.
5. Upload and transfer test data as per company protocols.
6. Maintain device hygiene, battery status, and accessories.
7. Coordinate with the operations team regarding installations, removals, and urgent cases.
8. Maintain accurate records of device movement, patient visits, and case completion.
9. Report device damage, loss, or technical issues immediately.
10. Follow infection control and patient confidentiality guidelines.
11. Provide professional and courteous patient support during all interactions.
12. Ensure timely reporting of completed cases and submission of required paperwork.
13. Assist in inventory audits and weekly device verification activities.
14. Travel within the assigned territory as required.

• Required SkillsBasic ECG knowledge
• Holter, ELR, and ABPM handling experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Smartphone and computer proficiency
• Ability to travel extensively
• Professional appearance and patient-friendly attitude
• QualificationB.Sc., Diploma in Cardiac Care Technology, ECG Technician, Nursing, or Allied Healthcare
• Freshers may apply; field experience preferred
• Working HoursRotational field duties
• Weekend and holiday duties as per roster
• Reporting ToOperations Manager / Head Technician
