Job Description:
Bytecode Trainings is looking for energetic and career-oriented Admission Counselors cum Sales BDEs to guide students, fresh graduates, and job seekers in choosing the right IT upskilling programs and converting inquiries into admissions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contact active job seekers, fresh graduates, and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Counsel candidates based on their education, career goals, and skill level.
- Recommend suitable IT courses, explain curriculum, certifications, placements, schedules, and fee structure.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Convert leads into admissions by providing the right guidance and resolving queries.
- Maintain lead and admission records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and ensure excellent candidate experience.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams for smooth student onboarding.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in Education Counseling, Inside Sales, Telecalling, BPO, or Business Development is an advantage.
- Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and a target-oriented attitude.
