Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications by assessing financial statements, credit reports, and risk factors
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and recommend approvals or rejections
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines
• Monitor existing loan portfolios and track repayment behaviour
• Coordinate with sales and collections teams for smooth loan processing
• Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare credit reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in credit analysis or loan processing
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Good understanding of financial statements and credit risk
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in NBFCs, banks, or fintech companies
• Knowledge of credit underwriting and compliance standards

Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 + PF
