Sales and Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling ISO Certification services to businesses across various industries.

Responsibilities:

* Generate new leads through cold calling, telecalling, and online platforms.

* Contact business owners and decision-makers to explain ISO certification services.

* Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Understand client requirements and provide suitable certification solutions.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

* Maintain records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.

* Coordinate with the certification team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of ISO certifications is an advantage (training will be provided).

* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

* Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and email communication.
