Client Relationship Executive

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Jewellery ShowroomLocation: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle customer inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-ups.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
• Generate and nurture leads to support the sales team.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer visits and order updates.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Assist in handling billing support, feedback collection, and after-sales service.
• Support showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly reception area.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Soft-spoken, courteous, and customer-focused.
• Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
• Good-looking personality with a pleasant attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front office, or jewellery retail.

Salary: As per experience + Performance Incentives.
