Job Description

  • Visit customer sites for survey, Ware house support, maintenance and service of solar systems.
  • Handle site assessments, measurement, basic load calculations, and prepare site reports as required.
  • Supervise and coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors at project sites.
  • Follow all technical guidelines, safety protocols, and quality standards issued by the Company.
  • Maintain proper documentation (site photos, reports, customer signatures, service records, etc.), Document Submission at Discom and Banks.
  • Represent the Company professionally and maintain good customer relations at all times.
