Field Sales Manager

1. Responsible for the sales of Thinner, the brand of Mahek Marketing India in Jaipur & Surrounding Area..
2. Meeting sales targets based on contribution and volume with optimization of both
3. Coordinating with various OEMs, suppliers, Body Shop manufacturers, painters, and Customers to explore the feasibility of the newly developed product.
4. Coordinating with the research & development team in the development of the product, which can cater to the customer`s needs & requirements.
5. Providing relevant inputs to the development team so as to rectify Customer complaints.
6. Providing solutions to the technical & commercial queries of the customers.
7. Conducting a market survey to evaluate the Market potential & to find out the new Potential customer. 
8. Increasing liquidity for the organization and reducing Overdue & outstanding.
9. Coordination, Making Forecasting, Planning, and execution for managing various aspects like production, and dispatch on a weekly, monthly, and daily basis.
10. Convincing the customers about the technical & commercial feasibility of the product.
11. Conducting trials & commercial negotiations with customers until it gets commercialized.
12. I will travel for business development work. (at company expenses).
13. I will update my call forwarding setting for the company mobile number to a given number.
14. I will share a screenshot of the WhatsApp backup on a weekly basis. 

( Every Saturday).   

1. I will update my Whatsapp status on the company number on a daily basis or whenever provided by the company.
2. I will apply for leave either for a well-planned event or in case of an emergency on the same day by filling a Leave form.
3. I will fill out a complaint form whenever I receive a complaint.
4. If I change my plan or route, I will update it in advance either by calling or by filling out a Google form.
