Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage on-site interior execution. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with designers, vendors, and factory teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Execute interiors as per approved drawings and designs.
• Monitor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, polishing, and installation work.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of modular furniture.

Coordination

• Coordinate with:
• Interior designers
• Project managers
• Factory production team
• Vendors and subcontractors
• Communicate site updates and issues to the office team.

Quality Control

• Ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Check materials before installation.
• Identify and rectify execution errors immediately.
• Maintain finishing quality and detailing standards.

Site Management

• Maintain daily work progress reports.
• Track manpower and productivity.
• Ensure proper material usage and reduce wastage.
• Manage delivery and storage of materials at site.

Timeline Management

• Ensure work is completed within the given timeline.
• Follow project schedules and milestones.
• Identify delays and take corrective action.

Client Handling

• Be the point of contact for clients at site.
• Address client queries professionally.
• Ensure client satisfaction during execution.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safety measures are followed on-site.
• Maintain cleanliness and site discipline.
• Follow basic site safety and compliance norms.
