Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly professional Receptionist to join our Mumbai office. This role combines administrative excellence with front-office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing direct support to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners
- Manage front-desk operations, including calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Maintain office calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for management
- Assist senior management with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages
- Support event coordination, investor meetings, and in-house programs
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
- Uphold a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or certification in administration/office management is a plus
- 1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, reception, or office administration
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic tech tools
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
