Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, negotiating prices, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining cost-effective procurement processes to support project execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcure construction materials, equipment, tools, and services as per project requirements.
• Source and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and store teams to understand material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites and resolve supply-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages or delays.
• Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project budgets.
• Prepare procurement reports and MIS as required.
