Field Executive

Job Title: Marketing Executive – OWNLY

Location: Bangalore

Department: Marketing / Field Operations

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational week offs

Mandatory Requirement: Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Job Summary

OWNLY is looking for dynamic and energetic Marketing Executives to support field marketing activities, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives. The role involves regular field visits, interaction with customers and partners, and executing marketing campaigns on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field marketing and promotional activities as per the assigned area.
• Generate leads and support customer acquisition efforts.
• Visit partner locations, merchants, or designated areas to promote services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Distribute marketing materials and explain product/service benefits.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.
• Maintain daily activity reports and meet assigned targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Graduate.
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Telugu & any South Indian Language
• Basic understanding of marketing or sales activities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Mandatory Requirements

• Two-wheeler is compulsory for field visits.
• Valid driving license.
• Willing to work 6 days a week with rotational week offs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in field marketing, sales, or customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of the local market and geography.
