Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell farmhouse plots. The candidate will be responsible for, customer interactions, project presentations, site visit coordination, and achieving sales targets through effective follow-ups and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

·      Conduct roadside promotional activities, demo tents, and awareness campaigns to attract potential buyers.

·      Explain project features, investment benefits, pricing, and payment plans to prospective customers.

·      Arrange and coordinate customer site visits and provide complete project demonstrations.

·      Follow up regularly with potential farmhouse and plot buyers to convert inquiries into sales.

·      Submit daily sales activity reports, follow-up reports, and site visit reports to management.

Required Skills

·      Good communication and convincing skills.

·      Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.

·      Ability to work in field sales and promotional activities.
