Job Description

Generate banquet and event sales through prospecting, client meetings, and referrals.

Respond promptly to banquet inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.

Prepare event proposals, quotations, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).

Conduct site inspections and venue tours for prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and individual customers.

Coordinate with the operations, kitchen, and banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Follow up with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and bookings in the CRM or sales system.
