Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital campaigns, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Follow up on all assigned leads promptly.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Attend property exhibitions and promotional events.


2. Customer Handling

  • Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
  • Present suitable projects and unit options.
  • Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.


3. Site Visit Management

  • Schedule and conduct site visits.
  • Demonstrate project features and sample flats.
  • Explain project specifications and construction progress.
  • Address customer queries during visits.


4. Sales Conversion

  • Negotiate commercial terms within company policy.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with CRM for booking documentation.


5. Booking Documentation

  • Collect customer KYC documents.
  • Assist customers in completing booking forms.
  • Coordinate with CRM and Accounts for booking confirmation.
  • Ensure all required documents are submitted accurately.


6. Home Loan Assistance

  • Guide customers regarding home loan options.
  • Coordinate with banks and CRM for loan processing.
  • Assist customers in completing loan documentation.


7. Customer Follow-up

  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects.
  • Update customers on project progress and offers.
  • Re-engage inactive leads.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up schedule.


8. CRM & ReportingUpdate

  • all customer interactions in CRM.
  • Maintain accurate sales records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track enquiry sources and conversion rates.


9. Coordination

  • Coordinate with Marketing for campaign leads.
  • Coordinate with CRM for documentation and collections.
  • Coordinate with Accounts for payment status.
  • Coordinate with Projects for construction updates.

10. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor projects and pricing.
  • Gather customer feedback.
  • Share market trends and customer preferences with management.
