Job Description
Times Healthcare (Vishwas Nagar, Delhi) is hiring an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to drive online sales. You will manage product catalogs, run ad campaigns, and optimize listings on Amazon and Flipkart to maximize revenue and brand visibility. [1, 2, 3]
Responsibilities
- Marketplace Operations: Manage day-to-day listings, inventory, and pricing on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Dashboard.
- Catalogue Manager: Create and update all Product listings on marketplaces with robust descriptions.
- Marketplace Operations: Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller/Vendor Portals.
- Ad Campaign Management: Plan and execute sponsored ads (AMS) and promotions on Amazon PPC & Flipkart Ads to maximize ROI and sales velocity.
- Analytics: Track key metrics (conversion rates, ACOS, traffic) to adjust strategies. Track daily sales trends, conversion metrics, and competitor activities.
- Issue Resolution: Handle platform compliance issues, manage feedback, and resolve seller discrepancies quickly
- Compliance: Ensure the account meets platform guidelines and statutory approvals. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts.
- Skills: Strong grasp of inventory planning, keyword optimization, and bid management.
- Location: Candidates based in or able to easily commute to Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
