Job Description
1. Essential Hard Skills
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): The ability to optimize website content, research keywords, and structure pages to drive organic, passive traffic.
- Data & Web Analytics: Making performance-driven decisions by interpreting consumer behavior, conversion metrics, and tracking campaigns on tools like Google Analytics.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Creating, budgeting, and managing targeted paid ad campaigns across networks like Google Ads, Meta for Business, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Designing segmented, personalized email campaigns to nurture leads and convert audiences using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot. YouTube·
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Crafting persuasive text, along with a working knowledge of short-form video, to communicate with customers effectively.
2. Core Soft Skills
- Consumer Psychology & Storytelling: Understanding why users click and utilizing that to engage audiences at different stages of the buying journey.
- Project Management & Communication: Coordinating across teams, adhering to deadlines, and explaining complex data to various stakeholders.
