Job Description

Job Overview:We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper Cook to assist the main cook/chef in daily kitchen operations. The role involves basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, handling utensils, and supporting in cooking activities. The ideal candidate should be energetic, quick to learn, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:Assist the cook/chef in preparing ingredients (washing, cutting, peeling, chopping, marinating, etc.).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, storage, and dining area.
  • Wash and organize utensils, cooking tools, and equipment.
  • Help in cooking under the supervision of the chef as required.
  • Store food items properly and check for freshness of ingredients.
  • Ensure waste management and disposal as per kitchen standards.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
