We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives who can work remotely and help generate new business opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential business clients.
• Explain Vercom Solutions' products and services professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers via calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM regularly.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team for lead closure.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during every interaction.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Sales, Customer Support, BPO, or Lead Generation will be an added advantage.
