Social Media Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to join our Marketing Team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the company's social media presence, increasing brand awareness, driving audience engagement, and supporting lead generation efforts across various social media platforms. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing Team to execute effective social media strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company's social media profiles and pages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, images, videos, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and implement social media optimization strategies to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Generate regular reports on social media metrics, campaign performance, and audience growth.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing team members to create effective campaigns.
• Support digital marketing activities, product promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve social media visibility and audience engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO) or Social Media Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of content marketing, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a marketing team and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing social media accounts for business brands.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing concepts.
