Telecaller Outbound

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, generate interest in real estate projects, and schedule site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and location advantages to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM/Excel.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead status updates.
• RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
