2. Communication Skill
Punjabi/Hindi vich vadiya gall kar sakda hove. English basic aundi hove ta plus point.
3. Online Chat Handling
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger te customers de reply fast te professional tareeke nal dene aunde hon.
4. Product Knowledge Learning
Product bare jaldi samajh ke customer nu clear information de sakda hove.
5. Follow-up Skill
Customer nu politely follow-up karna aunda hove, bina pressure paaye sale convert kar sake.
6. Basic Social Media Knowledge
Instagram/Facebook page handle karna, comments/messages reply karna, leads manage karna aunda hove.
7. Order Management
Customer details, address, payment, delivery status properly note kar sake.
8. Target-Oriented Mindset
Daily/weekly sales target achieve karan di soch hove.
9. Honesty & Discipline
Time te kam karan wala, honest, responsible te long-term work karan wala candidate chahida.
10. Convincing Power
Customer de questions/de doubts clear karke product sell karan di ability hove.
ExperienceOnline sales / telecalling / social media selling da experience hove ta preference milegi.
