Job Description
Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting real estate projects, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand customers’ property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate deals and close sales.
- Maintain customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
