Job Description

Designation – Trainer (BFSI)

Role and Responsibilities

* Candidate should have excellent command over written and spoken English.

* Candidate should have working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

* Candidate will be required to train new resources and facilitate learning sessions.

* Coordinate and manage training schedules.

* Maintain records and liaise with stakeholders to ensure training programs are effective and aligned with organizational goals.

* Conduct training sessions in a professional and engaging manner while ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.

General Shift Timings

**9:30 AM to 6:30 PM**

Weekly Offs

* 2nd and 4th Saturdays Off

* Sunday Fixed Off

Salary Range

* ₹32,000 Gross (PF and ESIC additional)

Important Notes

* Graduation Degree/Certificate is mandatory (Hard Copy).

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above.

* Age limit: Up to 35 years only.

Skills and Requirements

1. **Good Communication Skills:** Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

2. **Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment:** Handle tasks while maintaining quality and professionalism.

3. **Presentable:** Should appear clean, neat, and suitable for public interaction and professional environments.

4. **Training Experience:** Candidates with prior experience in corporate training, employee onboarding, learning & development, or training delivery within a corporate organization will be preferred.

5. **Corporate Exposure:** We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience conducting training sessions in a corporate environment, preferably within the BFSI sector.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Prior experience as a Trainer, Team Leader, Process Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, Product Trainer, or Learning & Development Executive in a corporate setup.

* Experience in the BFSI industry will be an added advantage.

* Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
