Job Description

We are Hiring – Accounts Assistant (Female Candidates Only)


Company: Inspire Network Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd

Location: Vadapalani, Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Salary: As Per Market Standards (Based on Interview Performance)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred


Job Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and maintain invoices and bills.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.
  • Manage GST and TDS-related work.
  • Enter and reconcile bank transactions.
  • Follow up on payment collections.
  • Assist with PF and ITR filing processes.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Required Skills:Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
  • Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
  • Invoice and billing management.
  • Bank reconciliation and transaction entries.
  • MS Excel knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.


Eligibility:


  • B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related qualification.
  • Tally Completion Certificate is Mandatory.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
  • Female candidates only.
