Counter Sales Executive

• We are urgently looking for 4 Counter Sales Staff for our Sales outlet at Yelahanka Bangalore area.
• Minimum 10th or 12th Pass; (basic diploma in hospitality or a related field is a plus).
• 0 to 2 years of experience in retail, food and beverage (F&B), or a similar customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers
• Promote daily specials, seasonal items, and suggest complementary products (like add-ons) to boost the average transaction value.
• Take custom and bulk orders (e.g., for cakes, pastries, or corporate events) and ensure accuracy before passing them to the kitchen.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments via cash, cards, or UPI, and ensure the cash register balances at the end of shifts.
• Arrange baked goods neatly, monitor product freshness, rotate stock (FIFO), and remove expired items. [1]
• Adhere to food safety standards by wiping down counters, maintaining display cases, and ensuring a clean, presentable retail environment.
• Inform the store manager of low-stock items and coordinate with the baking team to ensure popular items are consistently available.
