PositionTele Sales Executive

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Generate new business inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Follow up on quotations and inquiries to convert them into orders.
• Update customer information, leads, and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Handle email communication with customers and suppliers.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records in Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to draft professional emails.
• Knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• QualificationAny Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience0–2 years in Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
• SalaryAs per company standards and experience.
• Working HoursMonday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
