Sales Team Leader

UD Sports is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team, increase customer conversions, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and manage the sales team.
• Monitor daily sales performance and team productivity.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Guide team members in handling customer inquiries and closing sales.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with management to improve sales performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client relationships.
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Team Management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in handling online sales (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) is preferred.
• Target-oriented with excellent negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for experienced candidates).
