Job Description:

We are hiring Process Trainer to bridge the gap between new hires or tenured staff and the actual execution of their daily tasks.


Key responsibilities typically include: Conducting onboarding classes, workshops, and performance refreshers. Tracking employee progress through assessments, quizzes, and audits.


Requirements:

· Any Graduate / 12th Pass

· Fluency in Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Hindi / Malayalam (any one or more)

· Communication & Facilitation

· Analytical Skills
