Title: Field Sales Marketers

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients directly at their homes, offices, and localities
- Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field outreach
- Conduct property site visits and present project details confidently
- Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties
- Negotiate deals and close sales on the field
- Distribute promotional materials in residential areas & corporate zones
- Represent HI TECH at property fairs and community events
- Submit daily field visit reports and update CRM regularly
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build lasting relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
✅ Candidate RequirementsQualification:
- 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Languages: Tamil & Basic English preferred
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
