Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements
Fresher to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or a related field.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
