Job Description/ Job Title : Unit Manager

  · Recruit the team of advisors using self network.

  · Train and motivate them. 

  · Guiding the Team to sell the products on the open market(Field sales).

 · Driving sales through advisors, for the company.

 · Team Management and team handling.

Required Candidate profile:

  Education : Any Graduate With Good Communication (Local Candidate Require)

  Experience : Must 1 YRS of Any Field Sales / Banking / Finance / Insurance 

  Age : 22 to 35 YRS
