About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented individuals to join our growing team . As a Loan Consultant, you will play a key role in connecting clients with the right financial products, including personal loans, business loans, and other credit services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and approach potential clients for various loan products.
• Understand client requirements and explain the features of different loan options (e.g., Bajaj Flexi-loans, personal, or business loans).
• Assist clients in the documentation process, ensuring eligibility checks and smooth application flow.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for the consultancy.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle client queries effectively.
• Basic understanding of credit documentation and financial products.
• Ability to use digital tools (like CRM or lead management systems) for tracking daily progress.
