Job Description

JOB DESCRIPITION:


1. Identify, acquire, and manage new B2B clients through outbound cold calls and emails:

- Meet orexceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

- Understand customer needs and prepare proposals, quotations and various sales materials

-Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth of business

2. Managingtheinside sales representatives team

3. Setting and tracking sales targets for your team

4. Suggesting and implementing improvements in the sales administration process


REQUIREMENTS:

 Musthaveagraduateorpost-graduate degree in any discipline

 Provenworkexperience as an Inside sales manager

 Handsonexperience with CRM software and MSExcel

 In-depth understanding of the sales administration process

 Excellent interpersonal and team management skills

 Stronganalytical and organizational skills

 Numericalabilities and problem-solving attitude

 BScdegreein Sales,Business Administration or relevant field
