Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Run office errands, including bank visits, courier pickups/deliveries, and purchasing office supplies.
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors.
- Support directors and employees with day-to-day office tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office common areas.
- Assist with document handling, photocopying, filing, and other administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Must know driving an automatic 4-wheeler car
- Familiarity with local routes and ability to travel for office-related errands.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and well-mannered.
- Basic reading and communication skills.
Note: This role does not include regular pantry or tea/coffee preparation duties, as the office does not have a kitchen or pantry.
