Job Description

[1] Marketing executive / Manager- at HBC Fire Doors, Candidate Should typically bridges technical product knowledge with project-based sales strategy. Based on industry standards and company leadership, such a role focuses on building high-trust relationships with B2B stakeholders like architects and real estate developers.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • B2B Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong connections with architects, consultants, contractors, and facility owners to ensure HBC products are specified in project designs.
  • Market Analysis & Lead Generation: Identifying new commercial, industrial, and residential projects in the Ahmedabad region and broader markets to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Technical Proposals: Preparing techno-commercial proposals, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure product solutions meet specific fire-safety standards (like CE or EN1935).
  • Brand Promotion: Participating in industry exhibitions, managing promotional activities, and creating marketing collateral such as brochures and website content.
  • Client Support: Coordinating with execution teams for smooth project handling, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

 

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree align with Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Industry Experience: Ideally 6 months to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, specifically within building materials, fire protection systems, or construction equipment.
