Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven School & College Outreach Executive to strengthen our partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organisations. The ideal candidate will represent Bluesky Education, organise outreach activities, generate student leads, and build long-term institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutions to build strong partnerships.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and study abroad awareness programmes.
- Coordinate education fairs, campus activities, and promotional events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with principals, teachers, placement cells, career counsellors, and institutional decision-makers.
- Generate quality student leads through outreach initiatives and institutional collaborations.
- Work closely with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure timely follow-up on enquiries.
- Maintain records of outreach activities, meetings, partnerships, and lead generation in the CRM.
- Identify new institutions and expansion opportunities across assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly outreach, partnership, and lead generation targets.
- Represent Bluesky Education professionally at all external events.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident public speaker with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata and nearby regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in education marketing, institutional sales, admissions, outreach, business development, or student recruitment.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
