We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Data entry/Counter Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for customers at the sales counter, providing them with product information, assisting with their purchases, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products or services.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Sales and Target Achievement:
• Actively promote and sell products to customers at the counter.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and quick delivery.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date with product information, new arrivals, and promotions.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and uses to customers.
• Order Management and Billing:

• Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and returns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
• Stock Management
• Ensure the sales counter is stocked with the right products.
• Notify the inventory team for product replenishments or shortages.
• Monitor product displays to maintain cleanliness and appeal.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Address customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
