Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent support.
