Job Description

  • Handle Instagram and social media accounts
  • Reply to customer DMs and WhatsApp messages
  • Attend video calls with customers
  • Upload and update products on Shopify
  • Manage courier bookings and shipment tracking
  • Process customer orders
  • Catalog management
  • Handle Excel sheets and back-office work
  • Coordinate with the photographer, designer, and software team
  • Basic Canva editing (preferred)

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Shopify
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
  • Experience in Instagram handling
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Quick learner with good organizational skills
