Field Recruiter

Core Responsibilities

• On-Field Sourcing: Execute grassroots recruitment activities, such as canopy drives, community visits, and localized job fairs across the city.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening to evaluating qualifications and extending job offers.
• Network Building: Develop strong relationships with local employment hubs, training centers, community leaders, and NGOs to create a steady talent pipeline.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct on-the-spot interviews and skill assessments to determine candidate suitability for specific open roles.
• Reporting & Documentation: Track recruitment metrics, maintain daily logs of field leads, and update candidate statuses in ATS software or spreadsheets.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or on-field sales.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within local regions (e.g., across Bengaluru neighborhoods); having a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license is frequently required.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse pool of candidates and negotiate employment terms effectively.
• Target-Driven: Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet aggressive, high-volume hiring quotas.
• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel) or Google Sheets, and familiarity with resume databases.
