Company Overview
DIGIGO E-Soft Water Softener is a leading provider of innovative water softening solutions for Agriculture, Residential, Commercial, and Industrial applications. Our advanced water treatment technology helps farmers improve irrigation efficiency, reduce scaling issues, enhance crop health, and optimize water utilization.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive - Field Sales to expand our presence in the Agriculture Sector and drive sales growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities in the agriculture sector.
- Promote and sell DIGIGO E-Soft Water Softener solutions to farmers, farm owners, agricultural organizations, and agri businesses.
- Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and product presentations.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Develop strong relationships with farmers and agriculture influencers.
Market Expansion
- Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Expand DIGIGO's presence in assigned territories.
- Conduct village-level meetings and awareness campaigns.
- Participate in agriculture exhibitions, fairs, and farmer events.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer water quality challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance regarding hard water issues in irrigation systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the service team for installation and support.
Reporting & Planning
- Maintain daily sales activity reports.
- Track lead status and sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Share market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong field sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of agriculture practices and irrigation systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and dealers.
- Relationship-building and networking skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic understanding of CRM and mobile reporting tools.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Candidates with agricultural sales experience will be preferred.
