Job Description
Harold is looking for a motivated Sales Professional to drive sales growth through customer engagement, lead follow-ups, and showroom sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales opportunities, managing walk-in customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. Prior experience in retail sales, interiors, lighting, furniture, or home improvement products will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 80-100 outbound sales calls daily to prospective customers (NOT A COLD CALLING ROLE)
Handle walk-in clients at the showroom or office professionally
Promote and sell lighting and decorative products to both new and existing customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Maintain and update customer records and sales logs
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the internal team for inventory, dispatch, and customer service
Requirements:
2-10 years of Proven experience in sales, preferably in these industries : Lighting,
Electricals, Furniture, Home Decor, Sanitary ware, Tiles, Interiors, Paints, Consumer
Durables, or retail sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Comfortable working on hot leads and walk-in customer handling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM entry, etc.)
