Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational support for ECTS / E-Lock services
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for issue resolution
- Support sealing/unsealing operations when required
- Monitor device health and maintain operational reports
- Handle customer communication and support requests
- Maintain service records and follow company SOPs
- Provide on-site support during operational activities if required
- Ensure timely escalation and closure of technical issues
