Job Title: Assistant Salon Manager
Location: Ludhiana
Branches- Dugri, Model Town and Civil Lines
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day salon operations
- Supervise staff, including beauticians, therapists, and front desk
- Handle client queries, appointments, and escalations
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, service, and discipline
- Support in achieving sales targets and service goals
- Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking
