Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document filing.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies.
- Assist with loading, packing, and movement of materials when required.
- Support administrative staff with day-to-day office tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and report shortages.
- Open and close the office as per schedule.
- Run local errands related to office work, banking, or courier services.
